No. You sign in with Google or your phone number and you're in your dashboard. Payment details are only ever asked for at the point you choose to move onto a paid plan.
Nothing bills automatically. Your account moves to a read-only state after a short grace period, so your records stay intact and exportable. Choosing a paid plan from inside your account restores full access immediately once payment is confirmed.
Yes. Use the billing-period selector above the plans to see the price for each term. Longer terms are billed once, up front, and the equivalent monthly figure is shown on the card so you can compare them directly.
Payments are processed by Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Your plan activates only after Razorpay confirms the payment, and every payment is recorded against your account with an invoice.
Yes, from Settings inside your account. Nothing about your data changes when your plan does; you gain access to capabilities, and you never lose records.
Enterprise isn't just a bigger version of Base. It's for facilities whose operation doesn't fit a standard plan — bespoke limits, workflows shaped around how you actually run, and commercial terms agreed with you rather than picked off a page. Talk to us and we'll build around your business.

Your records are stored on managed cloud infrastructure, isolated per gym, and reachable only by the accounts you give access to. Staff see only what their role allows, and payment records are written to an audit trail that can't be edited after the fact.
Everything listed on a plan card is live today: members, attendance, renewals, enquiries, payments and dues, reports, staff roles and the owner dashboard. Anything still in development is listed separately under Coming Soon, and we don't put it in a pricing card until it ships.
