Yes, and it's the most common way facilities arrive. Bring your member list, plan structures and outstanding dues as a spreadsheet and we'll help you get them in during onboarding. Send us a sample of your sheet ahead of a demo and we'll tell you exactly what will carry across.
In most cases, yes. If your current system can export members, plans and dues to CSV or Excel, that's what we need. Tell us which system you're on when you get in touch and we'll confirm what's possible before you commit to anything.
Today ArenaPilot is strongest for a single location, and full multi-branch management is still in development. If you're running several branches, talk to us before you start — we'll be straight about what works now, what's coming, and whether it's worth waiting.
You sign in, complete a short setup that captures your facility details and membership plans, and land in your dashboard. From there you add or import members and you're operating. Most facilities are running the same day; bringing across a large member list is what takes the longest.
